PATIENT SERVICES

Our patient access is no more. It has ceased. Delete your app.
For prescriptions you need to use the patient services website Url and register with a code you can request from the Practice.

The services is provided to us as part of the new clinical system. Support is provided by patient services not us. We only send the details to register for support contact patient services, details are in the registration letter you request from us.

Subject Access Requests (SAR)
Due to the migration we have technical issues with producing information for SAR.
We have 28 days to provide information, but we do try to produce sooner. One blood test scan, xray is the same as full notes. We appreciate people are frustrated by this and are requesting full notes because they cannot get a result immediately. We do have a backlog, please only ask for what you need. We are working on the technical difficulty and hope to have a solution soon.

Exciting News
Our new redesigned website will go live on 3 November. It will have functions to request prescriptions, Sick/Fit Note (med3), make a Subject Access Request, Upload photos. We have been working with Genpra who are experts in the field of General Practice websites. More information on the web address to follow.
