It aims to increase blood flow, soften scar tissue, and decrease muscle pain by placing suction cups on your body and leaving them on

After a cupping session, you'll probably see round red marks on your skin, which should fade in a week or two. Like mine in the 2 photos below
Your therapist may advise you to drink lots of water (to flush out toxins), stay warm, and rest.

The shoulder is made up of many bones, joints and muscle
It is used in most common movements made daily so pain and discomfort is always a concern of injury whether this is due to poor posture, heavy lifting,or overuse
Massage can really help in these circumstances by releasing tension in the surrounding muscles, improving blood flow

Monday 8.30am- 7.30pm
Tuesday 9.00am- 7.00pm
