Journey into the healing power of sound. Hi, I'm Nicola.

SacredSoundBridge offers meditation and immersive sound baths to groups and individuals in the Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham areas. I am an experienced meditator, vocalist and musician with a passion for helping others with their wellbeing. I have worked for over 15 years as a community musician providing therapeutic music sessions to groups and individuals. I also spent just under 2 years working for the NHS where I delivered wellbeing-focused psychologically-informed interventions. I combine my knowledge and experience of meditation, my musical skills and my love, to create a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are immersed in the therapeutic sound vibrations of the crystal bowls, koshi chimes, shamanic drumming and vocal chants.

September is here and gives us a reminder that not everything is meant to be carried into the next season.

The leaves begin to let go without fear of what comes next. They simply trust that making space is part of becoming.

Maybe this is our invitation too, to release what has run its course. Old stories, heavy expectations, relationships, habits, and versions of ourselves that no longer serve us.

Let September be the season of soft endings and brave beginnings.

You don't have to keep holding on just because you've held on for a long time.

Sometimes letting go isn't losing.

Sometimes, it's making room. 🍂

Join me at South Hykeham on Sunday the 20th September for a candelit meditation and sound bath where you are invited to unwind, relax and let go in a safe space.

Warm wishes,

Nicola 🪷
