I love a bed time ritual 😊

Before I go to sleep I give gratitude for the day, the lessons it brought me and everyone I’ve come into contact with 💙
I take 3 cleansing breaths and send all energy that does not belong to me back to its owner with my love and gratitude 💙
I take another 3 cleansing breaths and call any energy I’ve shared back to me I also ask that the energy is cleansed before it aligns with me again 💙
I call in my guardian angels and ask for protection while I am sleeping 💙
I bedtime ritual can be anything you want it’s all about intention 💙
