How good are you at spotting herbs? 🌿

Here's a little word search for your tea break. Twelve herbs and mushrooms I love, including Lion's Mane, which I grow myself here in Wales.

Some are easy. A couple are sneaky.

Screenshot it, circle what you find, and tell me your first word in the comments. If you find all twelve, tell me which one you'd most like to know more about, because I might just write a post about it.

Before the emails, the washing and everyone needing something from me, there's this.

A mug of cacao, a few drops of my mushroom extract, and a couple of minutes where nobody's asking me for anything.

I make my extracts here in West Wales from the fruiting body of the mushroom, extracted in hot water and then in alcohol. Small batches, bottled and labelled by me, and posted from here.

Lion's Mane, Reishi and Chaga are £20 for 30 ml. My Wild Woman blend is £40. UK only.

"Small batch" gets slapped on everything these days, so here's what it means in my house.

One glass jug. One kitchen table. One pair of hands filling every bottle and pushing every dropper in.

No factory, no warehouse, nobody else's label on my mushrooms.

If you'd like a bottle from this batch, send me a message. UK only, posted from Carmarthenshire.
