Some dates in your diary just feel meant to be 💚✨

On Sunday 15 November, I’ll be facilitating a sound bath in the Ceremony Space at the Mind Body Spirit Festival, NEC Birmingham. It also happens to be my late paternal granddad’s birthday. What a blessing. We were so close, and I know I’ll feel his spirit around me that day 🙏🏾

And here’s the part that makes me smile. When I last presented at Mind Body Spirit at London Olympia in May, it fell on my late maternal grandma’s birthday. I was incredibly close to her too. Two festivals, two birthdays, and two people who meant the world to me. You really can’t make this up 😂 To me, that’s more than a coincidence. That’s a sign and a beautiful synchronicity. 🙏🏾

And there’s so much more coming up. I’d love for you to join me 💚

Good evening and Happy Monday!

Sometimes the smallest gestures touch the deepest parts of your heart💚

On Friday, my beautiful 15-year-old client visited me with this gorgeous teddy bear candle she had made especially for me. A thank you for supporting her and simply being there. 🧸🕯️

Knowing she had taken the time to create something with her own hands touched my heart and soul.

Last Saturday, another beautiful young lady, who I’ve known since she was five and is now 14, treated me to Nando’s for my birthday. She told me she wanted to treat me, and honestly, I felt a little uncomfortable accepting.

I’m so used to being the one who gives! But I’m slowly learning to receive gracefully, even when it feels a little uncomfortable. I’m trying🙈😂

Both moments reminded me how blessed I am to be part of these young people’s lives and to watch them grow.

It means so much to know that my presence and support have made a difference. I will always go out of my way to help a child feel seen, heard, valued and loved. Every child deserves to know that their feelings matter and that someone is willing to listen.

To the young people who allow me into their world: thank you. You touch my life, too✨
