This November, join me for a deeply restorative evening as we work with the transformative energy of the Scorpio New Moon, creating space to let go of what no longer serves us & reconnect with our inner wisdom.

I hope you left feeling held, restored, balanced & deeply connected to yourself.

The Libra New Moon invites you to pause & look honestly at where you may be out of balance & where you may have moved out of alignment with yourself & your goals.

Where have you been compromising yourself, your needs, your desires or your values to keep the peace, maintain a relationship, or be what someone else needs you to be?

This New Moon is an invitation to recalibrate, both within yourself & within your relationships.

Because balance isn’t about giving everyone else an equal piece of you.
Sometimes balance means coming back to yourself.

Noticing what drains you, what pulls you away from your centre, & what asks you to become someone you are not.
✨ What is taking you out of balance?
✨ Where are you not being fully true to yourself?
✨ Where are you over-giving?
✨ What would it look like to choose yourself without guilt?

Healing in Nature
As October arrives, we begin to feel the gentle shift into autumn, a season that invites us to slow down, turn inward, & reconnect with ourselves.
There is something deeply beautiful about this time of year. Nature reminds us that letting go is not an ending, but part of the natural rhythm of life.
The trees release what they no longer need.
The evenings draw in.
The air becomes cooler.
And we are gently encouraged to create more space for rest, reflection & renewal.
Nature is my sanctuary.
It is restorative, calming, grounding & nurturing. There is something about being surrounded by the natural world that allows us to breathe a little deeper & reconnect with ourselves.
Whether it is watching the first light of sunrise, witnessing the changing light, feeling the restorative energy of the sea, or finding stillness amongst the nurturing trees, nature offers us a beautiful space to pause, restore & simply be.
My practice at Soul Spa is inspired by this connection to the natural world, the wisdom of the changing seasons, & the cycles of the moon. 🌙
Just as nature moves through cycles of growth, release, rest & renewal, so do we.
This autumn, perhaps ask yourself:
What am I ready to release?
What needs more space?
Where am I being invited to slow down?
What would nourish my soul right now?

🍂✨ BALANCE WITHIN — A MAGICAL AFTERNOON ✨🍂

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Autumn Equinox gathering. The energy in the room was truly magical, calm, connected & deeply restorative.

Thank you to the wonderful Sally for your beautiful yoga session, creating such a nurturing space for everyone to slow down, move, breathe & connect. 🧘‍♀️🤍
It was so beautiful to share the healing vibrations of my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls with you. There is something so special about playing the bowls & feeling the energy in the room soften, settle & become still. ✨

For me, this work is rooted in connecting back to the seasons, the moon & the natural rhythms of nature.
So much of what I do is about creating space to slow down, calm the nervous system & come back to ourselves.

When we honour the natural rhythms around us, we can ground our energy, reconnect with ourselves & the world around us, welcome the changing season & simply be.

The Equinox gave us a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, find balance, release & welcome what’s next. 🍂

Our next seasonal gathering will be Winter Solstice on the 20th December.

🍂 Tomorrow we celebrate the Autumn Equinox.
A moment of balance, when light and dark meet as equals & a natural portal of change, transition & release.
Look at the trees. 🍁
They don’t negotiate with what is finished. They simply release what they can no longer carry.
And perhaps there is something in that for us too.
Every beginning requires an ending.
Every expansion asks us to leave something behind.
Every rebirth requires a version of ourselves we can no longer be.
Something is falling away because something new is ready to grow.
As we move into this new season, take a moment to ask yourself:
✨ Where has my life fallen out of balance?
✨ What am I ready to let go of?
✨ What am I making space for?
✨ Who am I becoming in this next season of my life?
The Equinox reminds us that we don’t have to hold on to everything. Sometimes, making space is where the transformation begins.

An evening to remember ✨🤍

On Thursday , I had the pleasure of being part of such a beautiful & meaningful evening at a wonderful Fine Art Gallery, celebrating & her new collection of therapeutic vessels.

I had the honour of guiding a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath, creating a space for everyone to pause, breathe ground in, calm the nervous system & simply be present.
Surrounded by beautiful art, thoughtful conversations & wonderful people, there was such a lovely energy in the room.

It was a beautiful reminder of how art, sound & shared experiences can bring us together, allowing us to slow down, reconnect & reflect on what truly matters.

I always feel so grateful to witness those moments of stillness, connection & calm through my work with My Soul Spa. These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do, creating spaces where people can breathe, relax & reconnect with themselves. ✨
