Ours starts around 9am, before the notifications do.

First, we whisk the matcha: Mt. Fuji Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha. It's made from single-source, first-harvest leaves grown on Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka, then stone-ground until it's silky, vivid green and full of deep umami.
