Fertility treatment doesn't follow office hours. Your body doesn't know it's the weekend.

That's why Plan Your Baby works seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Yes, Christmas too.

This isn't only about convenience. Patients who came to us after treatment elsewhere have told us about moments when timing changed everything.

One woman was at risk of premature ovulation. Her egg collection urgently needed to happen that weekend, but the earliest her clinic could offer was Monday.

Another had just seen a positive pregnancy test when she started bleeding on a Friday evening. Her clinic's phone lines were closed until Monday, so she spent the whole weekend without any tests or scans, not knowing whether she was losing her pregnancy.

A third had a monitoring scan on a Friday (day 10 of stimulation) and needed close monitoring, but her clinic was closed for the bank holiday weekend. No scans were available until Tuesday (day 14). By then, her follicles had grown too large and the egg collection window had passed. The cycle failed.

These stories are why we're here every day, and why we choose partners who can provide blood tests, scans, treatment and medication seven days a week.

Because when timing matters, waiting until Monday shouldn't be the only option.

The first 12 weeks of pregnancy are a delicate time. This is when most risks happen, and many people feel especially anxious waiting for each scan and result.

That's why we closely monitor pregnancies until 12 weeks, so our patients get answers fast and feel supported at every step.

Messages like this one mean a lot to our team:

"Thank you very much, and thank Dr Sami for reviewing the results so quickly. We are so pleased everything is looking good!

Thank you all very much for all your support through our most critical months of pregnancy! We truly appreciate you all!"

Kind regards,
M

We're so happy for you.

Our next free webinar is this Thursday, 15 October, and it's all about low AMH, one of the most common fertility concerns.

We'll answer the questions we hear most often:

What does AMH actually tell you about your fertility?
Does a low result say anything about egg quality or your chances of pregnancy?
How much does ovarian reserve really matter?
How should IVF be approached when ovarian reserve is lower than expected?

Bring your own questions too. You can ask them live to our fertility specialists:

- Dr Sami Almusawa, Medical Director and Leading Fertility Consultant at Plan Your Baby
- Dr Lisa Stradiotto, our new doctor, with more than 20 years of experience in complex fertility cases

We’re proud to sponsor this year’s F Word at Work Live Summit, hosted by Fertility Matters at Work.

Fertility treatment doesn’t happen separately from the rest of life. Many people fit appointments around demanding jobs, which adds pressure to an experience that is already hard.

That’s why accessibility is at the heart of how we work: online consultations, monitoring close to home, and travel only when a procedure requires it.

Fertility Matters at Work helps organisations go beyond a policy on paper and build workplaces where people truly feel supported.

It’s our second year of supporting the F Word event, and we share the same belief: fertility care should fit around people’s lives, and employers should understand and help employees who are trying to build their families.

We're proud to sponsor this year's F Word at Work Live Summit, hosted by Fertility Matters at Work.

Fertility treatment doesn't happen separately from the rest of life. Many people fit consultations, monitoring visits and procedures around demanding jobs. When care means repeated half-days and full days away from work, it adds pressure to an experience that is already hard.

That's why accessibility is at the heart of how we work. Consultations happen online, monitoring takes place at one of our 450+ partner clinics close to home, and patients travel only when a procedure requires it. We also partner with UK employers who offer our fertility services to their teams as part of their wellbeing benefits.

Plan Your Baby is five.

From the start, our goal has been fertility care that is precise, personalised to every detail, closer to home and easier to access. Fertility care in the UK is changing, and we're proud to have been part of that change.

Here's what the past five years look like in numbers.

Our team
Five years ago, Plan Your Baby was one woman with a purpose. Today, we're still the UK's only telehealth fertility clinic, now with a team of 30, including 5 consultant doctors. Together, we've supported more than 3,300 people on their way to becoming parents. We've grown a network of 40 clinical partners and 450+ locations across the UK, so patients can have tests and scans near home, wherever they live.

Care closer to home
64% of our patients live outside Greater London. That shows high-quality fertility care can truly reach people across the UK, including Scotland and Wales. Because monitoring stays local, our telehealth-first model avoids the hidden costs of traditional care and can save patients up to £1,040 per cycle in travel and time off work.

Shorter time to diagnose
There are no waiting lists. Consultations and investigations run in parallel, we review your medical history before the consultation call, and many test results come back the same day. Together, this means a problem can often be found in around a week. Compared with the protocols of traditional clinics, this saves patients an average of five years on their way to pregnancy.

Free support and education
We want answers to be easy to find. Over five years, we've spent around 750 hours on free 15-minute advice calls. Our free live Q&A sessions with doctors have become a favourite at our webinars and Open Days. More than 2,000 people have joined these events.

Five years in, our 67% success rate shows that this approach works, and 14 industry awards prove that our work is recognised. We're proud to be part of a changing industry, and we're committed to contributing even more.
