Finally I got to make the Vietnamese mango salad after saving the recipe for more than a year! It’s just so important to be able to slow things down in the era of AI - you know running your own business you have to learn all kind of things and do your best in every aspect, not just about facilitating healings. Grateful for the moment and sharing the joy of slowing down here.

Most healers had experienced some deep personal challenges before entering the path of awakening and the journey of spirituality, I’m not an exception here. It was a lot of pains, but gains too.

I’m grateful for these ups and downs which has given me strength, and depth, and more understanding on what clients are going through. It helps me truly listen when clients share what they’re carrying.

Before any bowl is played, we talk. That conversation builds trust, and it helps me find the right words to guide you through your sound healing and meditation.

I’m here doing the sound check for Classical Calm, and this space is even more beautiful in person!

For this special Sunday morning, I’ll be joined by Kate Ham on live harp, alongside my metal & crystal singing bowls — somewhere between a classical concert and a sound bath.

You’ll arrive, settle onto your mattress with a blanket, pillow and eye mask, and simply lie back and listen.

The morning will feature music by Philip Glass, Ólafur Arnalds, Max Richter and more, alongside the resonant sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls.

Awww I made it to the solar eclipse! I didn’t expect I’d enjoy it this much ! Thank you universe. In the last quarter I basically lie down and connect myself with the nature, all of a sudden I felt the love from the Mother Earth, the sun and the cherry tree above me. (Did I feel the moon energy?) Anyway,🥰 So lovely! Let me see if I will go back to watch some shooting stars later (best watching time is midnight to 5am).
