What an hour well spent!
This week I was with the fantastic team at AIS in their beautiful new London offices.
It’s always encouraging to see organisations investing in conversations around health and wellbeing, especially when we’re constantly bombarded with health trends, conflicting advice and information overload.
The session was shaped by what the group wanted to discuss, covering topics I get asked about regularly in coaching sessions, including:
🥩 Protein
🌾 Fibre
⚡ Electrolytes, energy drinks & supplements
😴 Sleep
⌚ Fitness trackers
🏃 Exercise & pre-workout fuelling
🍎 Real food vs ultra-processed foods
📱 Social media & influencers
🤖 AI
✨ Aesthetics & cosmetic procedures
Each of these topics could be a workshop in its own right. The goal wasn’t to provide a list of dos and don’ts, but to help people navigate the noise, ask better questions, and feel more confident making decisions about their health and wellbeing.
What stood out most was the group’s willingness to challenge assumptions, explore what’s trending within evidence, and have open conversations about what can support long-term health.
A huge thank you to AIS for the warm welcome, especially Aanisa Allali-Williams for organising the session, and to everyone who contributed to such engaging discussions.
