ICK ICK ICK!

🍓🍇Frozen fruit and veg can be just as if not more nutritious as fresh as they are usually frozen at source

🍇 Fruit does not make you fat! Yes excess calories overall of anything may promote weight gain but a random apple will do nothing to your weight

❌Detox- my biggest ick! If you have a fully functioning liver and kidney they will be doing all the “detoxing” your body requires

🛀”Clean eating”- food is only ‘dirty’ if you physically rub it in dirt

🥑Dietary fat and the storage form of fat in our body is so different! We need healthy fats for all sorts in our body including hormone control and the absorption of some fat soluble micronutrients

🤓🔎 Just because you can’t pronounce it does NOT mean you can’t eat it ! A lot of foods are fortified with some vitamin and minerals which are great for out health but a lot of the time they will use the chemical name on the back of the packet that you may not have heard of !

I can think of so many more icks! But tell me some of yours?

If this sounds like your vibe, you’re in the right place❤️

Now let me get to know you !
Tell me one weird fact about yourself ?

Somewhere along the way, we’ve been taught that eating less = being healthier.

But under-fuelling isn’t wellness.

Your body deserves enough food to train hard, recover well, think clearly, support your hormones, and actually enjoy life.

The strongest, healthiest version of you isn’t built by eating as little as possible! it’s built by giving your body what it needs ❤️
