Inky Pathways

I’ve been quietly turning my front windows into a little floral escape 🌸🦋🐝

Inspired by a recent visit to the , I wanted to bring a little of that floral magic home and capture the beauty of the blooms in my own way …

There is something really special about painting on glass - the way the light moves through it, the reflections, the imperfections … it makes each piece feel alive in its own way 🥰

This is the kind of work I’d love to create more of - colourful, delicate, whimsical pieces that transform everyday spaces into something a bit magical.

If you know of any spaces, events or projects that could do with a touch of floral joy, I’d love to connect 💐

🍎 Meet Mrs H ✨
Mrs H is simply the best TA ever 💜 If she’s in your class, you just know it’s going to be a great year.
Super organised ✔️ Super kind ✔️ and somehow always in exactly the right place at exactly the right time. 🕒✨
She’s every child’s favourite — always there with kind words, encouragement, and the magical ability to make Reception kids feel braver than they ever thought they could be. 🏫🌟
Here’s to the quiet superheroes who keep school days running smoothly — and hearts feeling full.

🙃 Meet Isadora
Little Miss Grumpy… all grown up! 👀
Someone rolled out of bed on the wrong side this morning and is definitely not a Monday person! 🙄☕️😴
Don’t worry though - she doesn’t always look like the wind changed mid-smile. Some days just need extra coffee, chocolate, maybe a public holiday or two… and let’s be honest, a pay rise wouldn’t hurt either. 🍫💸✨

👑✨ Meet Fran & Sam – The King & Queen ✨👑
It’s hard to believe it’s already a month since the wedding of the year! 💍 What an absolute privilege it was to celebrate with Mr & Mrs King on their big day.
Fran looked breathtaking in her exquisite dress, fabulous accessories, and honestly, the most glorious bouquet I have ever seen. 💐 Sam, of course, her perfect King by her side. Together, they made the most magical couple.
Here’s to the new Mr & Mrs King — may your reign together be filled with love, happiness and endless sparkle. ✨🥂👑💜

📚 Meet Olivia
Olivia is feeling very grown up - no longer the newbie at school!
With her pristine uniform, perfectly stocked pencil case, and a timetable ready to go, she’s striding into Year 8 full of confidence. Her school bag might be the biggest thing you’ve ever seen, but hey - she’s prepared for anything. 💼✨
This year, she has the added bonus of watching her little brother Freddy start Year 7 - and keeping an eye on him from a safe, cool distance away. Big sister perks! 😉
Here’s to new responsibilities, fresh adventures, and maybe helping Freddy find his way to class on day one!

🧥 Meet Freddy
The day has finally arrived - Freddy is starting Year 7 tomorrow! ✨
He’s looking super smart in his new uniform (which, he’s been trying on every single day of the holidays 😅). At last, he actually gets to wear it for real!
Blazer a bit roomy (plenty of growing space until Year 11), but excitement levels are sky-high. 🚀
Wishing Freddy - and everyone else starting Year 7 - the very best of luck. You’ve got this!

🍋 Meet Super Gran
Everyone’s favourite gran – and the undisputed maker of the world’s best lemon drizzle cake. 🍰💛
When she’s not baking up something delicious, you’ll find her at the allotment, working her green-fingered magic amongst her amazing array of flowers and veggies. 🌱🌼
Every day with Super Gran is an adventure - whether it’s a day spent covered in flour or digging up treasure from the soil. 🌿
Here’s hoping her culinary genius and gardening know-how are gifts passed down through the generations (along with that top secret lemon drizzle recipe!). 🍋✨
