You can’t reach a new destination if you refuse to get up. 🦋

Sometimes, the prison isn’t your bed… it’s your own mind.

Get up. Break free. Take that first step. Your new life begins when you stop holding yourself back. 💛

💛 Holding on to anger can hurt you more than you realise.

Your heart deserves peace, not the weight of yesterday’s pain.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean accepting what happened. It means choosing your peace over your pain.

Let go, heal, and give yourself the freedom to move forward. ✨

If you are easily provoked, you are easily controlled. 🧘‍♀️

Protect your peace. Master your emotions. Choose your response.

Not every situation deserves your reaction, and not every person deserves access to your energy. Your real power lies in the ability to remain calm when the world tries to disturb your peace. ✨

Connect with yourself first, then with the world around you.💛

When you are deeply connected with your inner self, your outer connections begin to flourish naturally. The more you understand, accept, and nurture yourself, the more beautifully you connect with others. 💛

Love represents freedom — the freedom to be yourself, to grow, to breathe, and to choose each other without holding back. ❤️

Sometimes home isn’t a place… it’s a little soul who makes you feel safe, loved and free. 🐾🤍 Milo, you are my little piece of home. 🐱

Home isn’t just a place. 🏡
It’s where you feel you belong, where you feel loved, accepted, and free to be yourself. ❤️✨

Happiness is a choice.
Make it every day.

Choose gratitude.
Choose peace.
Choose yourself.
Choose to see the beauty in the little things.

You may not be able to control everything that happens, but you can choose how you meet each day. 💛

Tutuli — A Little Pigeon Story

Once, a mother pigeon decided to lay her eggs on my balcony. There were two beautiful little eggs.

It was the end of summer, and the mother stayed there, trying to look after them. Then the rain came. There were storms, and she would sit there protecting her eggs, completely soaked and wet.

I felt so sorry for them, so I decided to look after them too.

Eventually, the eggs hatched, and two tiny, beautiful baby pigeons came into the world. They stayed on my balcony, and I tried to protect them by putting a little cover over them.

But by then, winter had arrived. The weather became colder, with heavy rain and storms. Eventually, their mother left them, and I couldn’t just leave the babies outside on their own.

So I decided to bring them inside and look after them.

As time passed, they grew. Sadly, one of them didn’t survive, but the other one became a beautiful, healthy little pigeon. I named her Tutuli.

Tutuli grew bigger and stronger every day. Then, one day, she was ready to leave.

She flew away to live her own life, and I like to believe that she is still out there somewhere, flying freely and living her beautiful little life.

I may never know where she is now, but I will always remember Tutuli and the little journey we shared. 🕊️❤️
