COLD FEET!!!
Cold feet can happen for several reasons, from cold weather and poor circulation to an underactive thyroid, anaemia, or Raynaud’s phenomenon.
What you can do now
- Put on warm, dry socks and slippers.
- Gently move your toes and walk around to encourage circulation.
- Warm your feet gradually with a warm (not hot) foot bath.
- Avoid putting numb feet directly against a radiator or hot water bottle, as you could burn your skin without realising.
