Sitting up completely straight is not saving your back.

As a spine specialist, I am explaining the truth that surprises most of my patients: your next posture is the best posture. The human spine is built to move.
Holding any static position, even perfect upright posture, for hours creates muscular fatigue, stiffness, and unnecessary pressure on your spinal discs.
Therefore, change positions every 30-45 minutes. Slouch slightly, lean back, or stand up—movement is lotion for your joints!

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, carrying our stories, emotions, and everyday experiences. When we learn to listen, we unlock a natural sense of balance, ease, and vitality.

Following our grounding journey through the Root Chakra, we warmly invite you to the next chapter of our Chakra Series: An Exploration of the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana).

In this experiential workshop, we weave together physiotherapy and psychosomatic awareness to open a gentle, curious space for exploration:

Listen to Your Body:
Explore how emotions, creativity, and daily life flow through the hips, pelvis, and lower back.

Experience Ease and Movement: Discover mindful movement and physiotherapy techniques designed to cultivate openness, release, and freedom in the body.

Connect with Flow and Joy: Reconnect with your playful, creative energy and the natural rhythms of life.

Embody Daily Tools: Learn supportive somatic practices you can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine to stay centered and connected.

This is an open invitation for anyone curious to explore the relationship between mind, body, and movement in a supportive and nurturing space.

Step into the flow with us, discover what your body has to say, and enjoy the journey inward. 🧡✨
