With so much love and gratitude 💜
I just received this beautiful Google review for our latest Heart Star event with Mog, and it truly filled my heart.

“I had the most beautiful experience recently with Star and Mog’s Reiki and Kirtan ceremony. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and joy. Mog’s singing lifted my spirit, and Star’s Reiki healing and meditation left me feeling deeply nourished. I left the session with a cleared head and a peaceful, still heart. Highly recommend it ❤️”

Moments like this remind me why we create these spaces, to help people put the load down, feel lighter, and reconnect with peace and joy.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It means the world.

From the Heart Star circle in Hertford, a room of strangers becoming a circle of togetherness held by mantra, song and Reiki, to the OM Yoga Show at Alexandra Palace this weekend where I’m offering gentle chair sessions of Reiki and sound, I’m feeling so deeply grateful and inspired.

The seeds I’ve been quietly planting for so long are starting to grow. A new residency beginning at The Crystal Cove. New clients finding their way to Health in the City. Masterclasses that keep reminding me why I do this work.

None of it has been rushed. It has asked for patience, trust, surrender, wise choices, and the willingness to keep moving, even when the movement was small and unseen.

I’m learning again that the most aligned things don’t always arrive with fanfare. They arrive when the space has been prepared and the heart is ready to receive.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, or for the right moment to begin, to reset, or to step into something new, this might be it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who joined us for Heart Star today.

What a powerful, heart-opening and transformational afternoon. From the moment we gathered in circle at The Mill House, the energy was soft, safe and deeply connected. Strangers became a circle of togetherness as we shared heart-opening mantras and medicine songs with Mog Fry of Red Deer Sleeping, received and shared Reiki, grounded, built our shields, and closed with a beautiful guided meditation to release what no longer serves us.

The space was held with so much care, candles, cushions, sound, and pure presence. You showed up as you were, and you left lighter, more open and more connected. I’m so grateful for every single one of you who trusted the process and allowed your hearts to open.

With love and light,
Sara
