Whisper of the Solstice

Today the light reaches its furthest point.

Tomorrow it begins the slow journey home.

The old stones remember.
The hedgerows remember.
The herbs remember.

And in a dusty window, a hagstone catches the sun for a single golden moment.

May there be warmth enough for growth, light enough for clarity, and wonder enough to remind us that magic is often found in the smallest of things.
