This weeks workshop is held by the silliest of sausages Kata Armitage who will be bringing some exciting games and fun!

We love having Kata because we know we are going to be laughing for an hour and a half and having the best time.

Expect big games, silly scenes and uplifting movement to connect with ourselves, our senses, each other and joy. We start by connecting as a group, and finding our centre followed by some high energy games with a competitive twist, slowing down to access our subconscious and spontaneity for some improvised silliness, then back to the body to try out some new moves.
