Stop waiting for the perfect time.

Change starts the moment you decide that what you want for your future matters more than staying comfortable today.

One choice. One action. Repeated.

You don’t find a new lifestyle. You build it

Incline walking is one of my favourite ways to combine Zone 2 cardio with some serious glute work.

I make sure I get 20 minutes in twice a week — increasing the incline gets my heart rate up without needing to run, while making my glutes, hamstrings and calves work harder than they would on a flat walk.

Why I love it:
• Builds aerobic fitness and endurance
• Great for Zone 2 training
• Strengthens and activates the glutes
• Lower impact than running
• An easy way to add extra cardiovascular work to the week

Simple, effective and definitely not as easy as it looks! 🍑

One thing I pack before every holiday? Resistance bands.

They take up virtually no space, but you can get a solid upper-body workout wherever you are — no gym needed.

They’re great for working your shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps, while also challenging stability and control.

Perfect for rows, presses, lateral raises, pull-aparts and arm work — and you can easily adjust the resistance to suit you.

Small, lightweight and incredibly versatile. No excuses for me on holiday!

Health doesn’t need to be complicated.

These are the simple things I prioritise for my own health and longevity. Nothing extreme and definitely not perfection — just habits I can consistently come back to.

Small things, done regularly, really do add up.

What’s one thing you do every day for your health?

This is the time of year to focus on what you’re putting IN, not just what you’re cutting OUT.

As the weather changes and seasonal bugs start doing the rounds, good nutrition matters.

Your immune system needs a steady supply of nutrients to function normally — and that comes from variety, not one “superfood” or supplement.

Think colourful vegetables, quality protein, oily fish, nuts, seeds, fruit and other nutrient-rich whole foods.

Think about stocking up your body’s nutritional reserves by eating a varied, nutrient-dense diet consistently.

What’s one nutrient-rich food you’re going to add to your diet this week? Tell me below.

Nutrition isn’t just about weight… it affects almost everything.

Your energy.
Your mood.
Your sleep.
Your hormones.
Your gut.
Your immune system.
Your muscles, bones and brain.

Every meal is an opportunity to give your body the nutrients it needs to function, repair and thrive.

You don’t need a perfect diet. Focus on nourishing your body consistently — because good nutrition is one of the foundations of long-term health.

NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis – the calories you burn through everyday movement. Gardening, weeding and mowing the lawn all count! Small movements add up!

Small fruit, big benefits… figs

Figs are rich in fibre, antioxidants and key minerals, supporting gut, heart and bone health. Their fibre also helps feed beneficial gut bacteria, supporting a healthier gut microbiome.

And don’t peel them, the skin is particularly rich in beneficial polyphenols.
