From postpartum to feeling like myself again 🤍

One week after giving birth, I started my weight loss journey.

I was breastfeeding, eating foods I actually enjoyed, and learning how to balance being a new mum while still making myself a priority.

Four months later, I reached my goal. 🥹✨

No starving. No giving up everything I love. No waiting until I “felt ready.” Just a structured approach, consistency, and learning how to make my meals and lifestyle work for me.

This journey taught me that postpartum weight loss doesn’t have to mean punishing yourself or surviving on boring meals. You can nourish your body, enjoy your food, breastfeed, take care of your baby, and still work towards your goals.

And now, I want to help you do the same. ❤️

If you’re ready to start your own transformation, send a DM to sign up for my weight loss programme now and thank me later. 😉

Your postpartum body deserves patience, nourishment, and love, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have goals too.

Would you believe me if I told you this bowl contains just 467 calories? 👀

A lot of people see two cups of rice and immediately think, “That’s too much for someone trying to lose weight.”

But calories don’t work that way.

This entire meal contains 467 calories and 32.6g of protein.

A calorie deficit isn’t determined by one food or one meal. It’s determined by your total daily calorie intake compared with how many calories your body burns over time.

You don’t have to eliminate rice to lose weight. You just need to understand portion sizes, eat balanced meals, and maintain a calorie deficit that’s appropriate for you.

Watch until the end, then let me know. Did these calorie numbers surprise you?

If you’d like the recipe for my homemade stew, let me know in the comments. 🍅👇🏾
