The other day, I hugged a tree.

I was in the woods, still shaking off a very emotional weekend.
Two people in my life had decided to show me their true colours, and for a moment, I thought about quitting my business altogether.

Because when you’re the one holding everything together, it doesn’t take much to knock you off track.

So I walked. And I hugged a tree.

While I was standing there, I heard a knock inside the trunk, and then this rush of energy in my heart space.
It felt like the tree was hugging me back, telling me not to worry, that it was going to be ok.

When your soul evolves, it becomes a mirror for everyone around you.
Your boundaries suddenly become something people want to fight.
Behaviours start to shift, because a disconnection is happening, you’re moving on, amplifying your energy, becoming more you.
And that triggers people who aren’t ready to do the same.

So when it feels hard, when you feel like quitting, ask for help.
Go hug a tree. Take a break.

Because sometimes life throws everything at you at once, and all that chaos becomes the catalyst for more clarity.
For finally understanding: you are not negotiating your time, your power, or your energy anymore.

Eclipse season is exactly this, everything that no longer belongs in your life will show up to leave. Buckle up. 🌑

Evolving means letting go of the things that used to work, used to make us feel good, used to give us a sense of fullness.
We often know what those things are the first moment we get a hunch, something went wrong, we no longer enjoy doing certain things, our clients start to respond differently and so on.
This happens in life too, with relationships and other situations.

This is because, often times, without realising you grow and shift energy, what’s around you no longer matches and that’s when things stop going as well as they were.

When this happens, know that it’s just the natural path of your soul evolution.
Learn the lesson and step into your next level.

Eclipse season is one of the most aligned time for this to happen because what’s falling apart, is only meant to show you were to do the work and where to make space.

Allow yourself to be and receive.
The energy is strong.

Make sure you spend time in solitude or with people that lift you higher.

Most business advice treats your nervous system like it’s irrelevant.
Get the strategy right.
Show up consistently.
Do the work.

But here’s what no one tells you:
Your nervous system is the gatekeeper of everything.

It decides whether you press publish or close the tab.

Whether you send the email or delete it.
Whether you charge your worth or quietly lower your prices when someone pushes back.

A nervous system that doesn’t feel safe will sabotage every strategy you try to implement.
Not
because you’re weak. Because it’s doing exactly what it was designed to do — keep you alive by keeping you small.

When you regulate your nervous system, when you create actual safety in your body, something remarkable happens.

The actions that felt impossible start to feel natural.
The visibility that felt terrifying becomes
something you can actually do.
The success that kept slipping through your hands starts to stay.

This is why I include nervous system work in everything I do with clients.

Because you can have the best strategy in the world.
But if your body won’t let you execute it, it
doesn’t matter.

💜July 🩷my birthday month 🧡 has been so incredibly nourishing. ✨

Starting with music! Robyn’s concert.
My Crystal Healing course (obsessed).
A trip home to the land of my lineage with my mum and my relatives.
Saying it was revealing is an understatement considering the work I do.
Then a solo beach holiday for my birthday week, just me and the sea.

Deep sleep. Good food. Peace. Reconnection. Laughter
Space to clear my mind. Nourishment.

The shock on people’s face when I said I was going on
a solo beach holiday on the week of my birth.. Priceless!! 😅

Being a cycle breaker, childfree and single by choice are the best gifts of my life.
I get to do things that make me happy, on my own terms.
No apology. No permission needed. No compromising!
F**k patriarchy. 🩷

This is exactly why I do this work.
Healing the ancestral patterns underneath your business and life
doesn’t just build confidence, it gives you your life back.

That invisible glass ceiling isn’t about your business.
It’s about who you were taught you’re allowed to be.
