Meet Mav, Hair GP’s Chief Happiness Officer 🐾 Stress can trigger a type of hair shedding called telogen effluvium, which usually shows up 2 to 3 months after a stressful event. It’s often temporary, but stress is rarely the only factor. Hormones, iron levels, thyroid and genetics can all play a part.
Mav’s advice? Find joy in the small things, live in the moment and rest well. And if your hair is worrying you, it deserves a proper medical look.
