🌕🔥 Happy Full Moon in Aries, my loves. 🔥🌕

This Full Moon feels powerful.

Aries is fire. It is courage, truth, passion, independence and that part of us that knows when it is time to move forward.

And with the Sun sitting opposite in Libra, there is a beautiful question being illuminated around ME and WE.

Where have I been compromising myself to keep the peace?

Where have I been making myself smaller for other people?

Where am I being called to choose myself, speak my truth and have the courage to follow what my heart actually wants?

Full Moons illuminate. They bring things to the surface that perhaps we haven't wanted to see — emotions, relationships, old patterns, truths.

And Aries doesn't really want us sitting on the fence. 🔥

This feels like a beautiful time to release the need for approval, old relationship dynamics, people pleasing and anything that asks us to abandon ourselves in order to be loved.

Not from anger. Not from ego. But from love.

Because choosing yourself doesn't mean closing your heart to others.

Sometimes it means loving yourself enough to stop betraying your own truth. ❤️

Tonight, ask yourself:

What am I ready to let go of?
Where am I being called to be braver?
And what would I choose if I stopped worrying about what everyone else thought?

🌬️ VISION QUEST | THE MEDICINE OF AIR 🌬️

Back in July, as part of my Shaman School training, I stepped into one of the most simple yet profound experiences I’ve had — a two-day Vision Quest working with the element of Air.

For two days, I went out alone into the wilderness with almost nothing.

A sleeping bag.
A yoga mat.
500ml of water.
No food.
No phone.
No distractions.
No conversation.

Just me, my thoughts, the elements and Mother Earth. 🌿

Vision Questing appears in different forms across a number of spiritual and earth-based traditions. While the practices and meanings differ between lineages, there is something incredibly powerful about intentionally withdrawing from everyday life, fasting, becoming still and listening.

We often think of “medicine” as something we consume.

But sometimes the medicine is in what we stop consuming.

No food to comfort us.
No scrolling to distract us.
No noise to fill the silence.
No other people to reflect ourselves back to us.

There was nowhere to go except within.

And that was where things began to surface.

Things I had been avoiding.
Things I hadn't wanted to look at.
Thoughts that everyday life had made very easy to push aside.

But alongside them came the most incredible sense of peace and tranquillity.

I had expected hunger to be one of my biggest challenges, yet strangely, it wasn't. My body seemed to understand what I was doing. As everything became quieter, I felt myself surrender more deeply to the land, the air and the experience.

🌬️ The element of Air became my teacher — breath, space, thought, perspective and freedom.

Sometimes we search everywhere for the thing that will heal us, awaken us or give us the answer.

And sometimes the deepest medicine is simply removing everything we've been using to avoid hearing ourselves.

Nothing to consume.
Nothing to distract.
Nothing to become.
Just you.

And perhaps that's where the real Vision Quest begins. 🤍🌿

✨ RECLAIM YOUR POWER RETREAT ✨Cyprus, you were medicine for the soul.

Over these past days, 8 beautiful souls came together to journey deep within themselves… exploring where they had been giving their power away, releasing old layers and reconnecting back to their truth.

Through sound healing, ceremonial cacao, deep stretching, Kambo, sacred earth medicine, waterfalls, the mountains and the energy of , we remembered the power that exists within when we allow ourselves to truly feel, soften and open.

There were tears, laughter, breakthroughs, deep releases, love, connection and so much transformation.

This retreat wasn’t about becoming somebody else…It was about remembering who we already are beneath the conditioning.

I feel so much gratitude for every soul who trusted themselves enough to say yes to this journey. Watching people reclaim parts of themselves they thought were lost is something I’ll never stop being honoured to witness. 🌹
