My name is Milli, and I am a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner. Reiki is a channelling of the ‘Universal Energy’ which surrounds us all.

Reiki and Crystal Healing - harnessing the Universal Life Force Energy and the unique vibration of crystals to create a space where healing can occur and balance and harmony is achieved. Crystal Healing will aim to return your mind, body and emotions back to a harmonious, peaceful, joyous, loving state of being in accordance with a natural order of life. The energy flows through my Crown Chakra and is spiritually guided to the recipient. This energy always works for the Greatest Good. Everything in this world is a frequency and when our frequencies are out of sorts, we are dis-eased (we are not at ease). When we are not at ease, our frequency shifts. Reiki and Crystal Healing can help shift your frequency to be less dis-eased.

As a Crystal Healer, I love building a connection with my crystals. 💎 The more time you spend with your crystals, the more you can tune into their energy and understand how they can support you.

Sometimes, a crystal will simply catch your eye or seem to call to you ✨ I don’t believe that’s a coincidence. There can be something about its energy that resonates with where you are in that moment.

And often, when you pick up the crystal that you’re drawn to and then read about its properties, you’ll find that they’re surprisingly relevant to what you’re experiencing or needing at that time 💜
