At our Self-Esteem Club, we invited our community to put pen to paper and write a note to themselves. A moment to pause, reflect and practise a little self-kindness 🤍

What started as individual words of encouragement became something much bigger: a collective reminder of the power of kindness, connection and the things we often forget to tell ourselves.

Because sometimes, the kindest words are the ones we need to hear from ourselves ✨

Through our ‘A Note to Self’ conversation, we explored self-esteem, self-kindness and the power of opening up about the things we don’t always say out loud.

Because sometimes, hearing someone else’s story is all it takes to feel a little less alone ✨

In honour of World Mental Health Day, we teamed up with Mind and Roxie Nafousi for our first-ever Erborian Self-Esteem Club event in the UK, A Note to Self - an evening dedicated to self-kindness, meaningful conversations and celebrating ourselves, just as we are. ✨

At Erborian, we’re committed to boosting both your skin and self-esteem. And that goes beyond our products. It’s about creating spaces where our community can connect, open up, lift each other up and celebrate what makes each of us unique.
