If you’ve been trained to OPEN people energetically, but barely taught what the f**k to do once they’re open… this is for you.

When I first came into this work, I learnt how to activate energy, channel, work intuitively and take people into incredibly deep processes.

But I really f**king wish someone had properly taught me protection, discernment and how to safely hold what can actually come up when you start working at this depth.

I was taught the basics. White light. Clear yourself afterwards. Protect your energy. But there was SO much I didn’t understand, and honestly, having this knowledge back then would have saved me a lot of confusion, fear and learning things the hard way.

That’s why I created Jaguar Shield. 🐆

It’s the practitioner training I wish existed when I was starting out.

Across this 4-month, 6-session training, we’ll cover the auric field and energetic hygiene, protection for yourself, clients and spaces, Medicine Wheel foundations and power animals for protection, discernment, energetic boundaries, past life contracts, thought forms, entities and attachments, energetic contracts and ties, shamanic cleansing and clearing methods, and how to safely open, protect and close group containers.

But underneath ALL of that is something I believe matters even more:

Ethics. Consent. Responsibility.

Because sensing something doesn’t automatically mean you’ve interpreted it correctly. Being able to intervene doesn’t automatically mean you should. And having powerful gifts doesn’t automatically make you a safe practitioner.

I don’t want practitioners becoming frightened of energy or looking for something wrong with every client.

I want you to understand what you’re working with deeply enough to have discernment instead of fear.

Our sixth and final session will also be an in-person practical training day in London, where we bring everything you’ve learnt into practice.

You don’t need to be at rock bottom to feel called to medicine. In fact, sometimes being at rock bottom means medicine isn’t right for you at all.

There’s a misconception that people explore plant medicine because something is deeply wrong, they’re carrying huge trauma, or desperately need healing.

But that isn’t always why people come.

Sometimes life is actually good. You’re functioning, self aware, you’ve done a lot of inner work, yet something inside you wants to go deeper.

Maybe you’re at a crossroads and the old version of your life doesn’t fit anymore. Maybe you understand your patterns but keep repeating them. Maybe you’ve spent years being the parent, partner, professional, friend, the person everyone relies on, and you’re wondering who YOU are underneath those roles.

Maybe you want to explore your creativity, intuition, purpose, spirituality, or parts of yourself you haven’t fully met yet.

Or maybe there’s simply a curiosity you can’t explain.

You don’t have to arrive needing to be fixed.

And the opposite matters too. If someone is in a very dark place, severely depressed or psychologically unstable, medicine may not be appropriate at that time. Sometimes the safest answer is not right now.

That’s why we take screening so seriously.

Our Earth Medicine ceremonies aren’t something you simply book and turn up to. Everyone completes a detailed screening form and has a compulsory consultation call beforehand so we can assess whether this work is appropriate for you and answer any questions.

You’ll receive preparation before the ceremony, and because we intentionally keep our groups intimate, there is close support throughout your journey.

And the work doesn’t end when ceremony does.

Integration afterwards is a huge part of how we hold this work, helping you process what arose and bring what you experienced into your actual life.

Medicine isn’t right for everybody.

But if you’re in a stable place and something within you feels ready to explore yourself more deeply, curiosity can be enough reason to start the conversation. 🌿

I’ve sat in both kinds of medicine ceremonies.

I’ve experienced the very structured spaces where you’re expected to lie completely still, keep your eye mask on, stay silent and barely move for the entire journey.

And I’ve experienced spaces where the container is still deeply held, but there is room for your body and your process to actually express.

And personally, I have seen how much deeper medicine work can take someone when they don’t feel like they have to constantly suppress what is naturally arising.

That doesn’t mean ceremony should be a free for all. Absolutely not.

There need to be strong boundaries. Respect. Safety. Nobody interfering with another person’s journey. Your process stays within your own space.

But I don’t believe safety has to mean control.

If your body needs to shift position, stretch or shake, you can.

If sound naturally comes through, you don’t have to swallow it.

If you need to sit up, open your eyes or go to the bloody toilet after four hours, you can. 😂

And if your journey asks you to lie completely still and silent for six hours, that is equally welcome.

We’re not deciding beforehand what your process is allowed to look like.

And this is honestly one of my favourite things about the way we hold our Medicine ceremonies.

I’ve witnessed people access parts of themselves they had never accessed before. I’ve watched gifts open, spontaneous movement arise, deep emotion move through, and people activate light language.

Would all of that have happened if we had immediately told them to stop?

I don’t think so.

What I’ve witnessed when people are given permission to follow what is arising within a safe, protected and respectful container.

There is a balance between holding someone and controlling them.

And that balance matters.

It’s also why so many people who sit with us choose to come back again. 🤍

Kundalini isn’t just about energy rising up the spine. It is connected to the body. To instinct. To creativity. To desire. To the parts of us we were often taught to suppress.

So many of us disconnect from the body long before we realise it.

We learn to live in our heads. To overthink. To control. To numb. To ignore what we feel because feeling it fully can seem too much.

When we begin working with Kundalini, we are learning how to come back into relationship with the body.

Back into sensation.
Back into aliveness.
Back into the parts of ourselves that may have gone quiet through fear, shame, stress or survival.

Your root is your foundation.

It is connected symbolically with safety, belonging, embodiment and vitality. Working with this part of ourselves can open the door to more creativity, confidence, self-trust and connection.

Sexual energy can be part of this too. It is life force. Creative energy. Desire. Movement. The part of you that wants to live, create, express and experience.

When we disconnect from that part of ourselves, we can feel flat, stagnant or cut off from our own aliveness.

Kundalini work gives us a space to reconnect.

To soften.
To move.
To feel.
To express what is ready to come through.

People may experience:

1. Feeling more grounded and present in their body.
2. A stronger connection to creativity and self-expression.
3. Emotional release around shame, fear or old stories.
4. Greater connection to intuition and sensation.
5. A deeper sense of vitality, connection and aliveness.

This work is an invitation to stop living only from the neck up.

To remember that your body is part of your healing too.

To reconnect with the parts of yourself that were never gone, only buried.
