What brings thousands of people to an event like this?✨

Today I'm at the Mind Body Soul Experience in London, meeting people who are curious about health, wellbeing and looking beyond symptoms.

For some, wellbeing means more energy. For others, better sleep, emotional balance or simply feeling like themselves again.

I believe understanding those individual experiences is where a truly personal approach to wellbeing begins.

Why did I become a homeopath?

It's a question I'm often asked, and the answer isn't just about choosing a career.
It started over 15 years ago while studying Midwifery, when I realised I wanted a more holistic way of understanding health.
At the same time, I was living with chronic joint pain and searching for answers that went beyond simply managing symptoms.
That journey eventually led me to homeopathy, and later to Psychology, helping me understand not only the body but also the mind and the unique story behind every person.
Today, that philosophy shapes every consultation I offer.
I believe that every symptom has a story, and understanding the whole person is where healing begins.
