I’m so excited to share that this November I’ll be holding space at the absolutely beautiful Ecofinca Miraflores in La Palma 🌴🌺

I’m currently offering distance sound sessions using tuning forks, created to help you gently come back into balance — emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
You don’t need to travel or be in the same space.
Just lie down, relax, and allow your body to receive what it needs ✨
I’ve opened a few intro spaces at £40 for anyone who feels called to experience it.

The sound bath course took me a long time to complete as my nerves about performing with groups got the better of me. Overcoming fears now, believing and achieving. 😊 😃 😀
