Menopause can be challenging. Let’s not pretend otherwise.

But surely there’s room for a little more laughter, confidence and fun along the way?

We’re more than our symptoms, and there’s still so much life to live!

Let’s change the conversation.

What’s one thing you’d love to see women talking about more openly when it comes to menopause?

26/10/2026

You’ve saved the posts.
Read the books.
Tried the supplements.
Changed your diet.
Told yourself you need to exercise more.

So why are you still struggling?

Because knowing what you should be doing and knowing what YOUR body needs aren’t necessarily the same thing.
Menopause brings changes to your physiology, and what worked for you before might not work in quite the same way now.

But the answer isn’t necessarily to do MORE, try harder or follow another person’s perfect routine.
It’s to understand what’s happening, work out what matters most to you, and make small, manageable changes that help you discover what works for YOUR body and your life.

This is where menopause coaching can help.
Not another list of rules to follow.

But a space to be heard, make sense of your experience, learn without the overwhelm, and build practical strategies with personalised support and accountability.

Because you don’t need to have it all figured out before you ask for help.

You just need a place to start.

If you’re tired of trying to piece everything together on your own, DM me SUPPORT to find out more about my three-month menopause coaching programme.

✨ What a wonderful evening! ✨

I was delighted to be part of the Menopause 101 Panel Talk last night, as part of The Bridge Here We Glow initiative, a fantastic programme of events dedicated to helping women navigate menopause. 💜

It was such a privilege to be surrounded by a wonderful community, sharing experiences, exchanging knowledge and taking part in inspiring conversations.

Nights like these remind us how important it is to create spaces where women feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered throughout every stage of life.

Here’s to more open conversations, greater awareness and a community that continues to glow together! ✨

“Women are expected to put up with so much.”

That moment in Fleabag hits differently when you think about women’s health in midlife.

The aching joints. The persistent pain. The exhaustion. And the temptation to brush it all off as “just getting older”.

The International Menopause Society’s 2026 white paper highlights how chronic pain in midlife women can go unrecognised, underdiagnosed and inadequately treated.

Not every pain is caused by menopause. But no woman should feel she has to simply put up with pain without seeking answers.

As a menopause health coach, I want women to feel heard, informed and empowered to seek the support they need.

This World Menopause Day, let’s stop normalising women’s pain and start taking it seriously.

Have you ever felt you were expected to just get on with it?

Share this with a woman who needs to hear this message.

It’s difficult enough dealing with symptoms. It’s even harder when you’re trying to work out how they all fit together.

Pain, disrupted sleep, fatigue and other midlife symptoms can overlap. That doesn’t mean they’re all caused by menopause, but it does mean we shouldn’t automatically view every concern in isolation.

The International Menopause Society’s 2026 white paper calls for more personalised, multidisciplinary care for women experiencing chronic pain at midlife.

As a menopause health coach, I want women to feel better equipped to understand their experiences, recognise what is affecting their everyday lives and explore the right support.

Coaching doesn’t replace medical assessment. It’s about helping women feel informed, supported and more confident as they navigate their health.

This World Menopause Day, let’s make room for better conversations about the whole woman.

What’s one thing you wish people understood about your experience of midlife?

Share this with someone who believes women’s health deserves more attention.

One thing I see all the time is women who actually know what they need to do…

They know they should be lifting weights.
They know protein is important.
They know sleep matters.

But knowing what to do and actually changing your habits are two very different things.

And that’s a big part of the work I do.

We look at what’s really going on in your life, what’s getting in the way and what you can realistically change.

Because there’s no point me giving you a list of 10 things to do if you’re never going to have the time, energy or headspace to do them.

Sometimes it’s just about starting with one thing.

Getting that working.

Then building from there.

And giving it a bit of time before deciding it’s not working.

That’s behaviour change really.

Not perfection. Not willpower. And definitely not changing your whole life overnight.

Just finding what works for you and sticking with it long enough to see what happens.

“Yes, I know I should… but.”

I hear some version of this almost every week.

I know I should exercise, but I don’t have time. I know I should eat better, but everyone else comes first. I know I should sleep more, but my brain doesn’t switch off until I’ve sorted everyone else’s day.

The problem isn’t always knowing what you should do.

Sometimes the more useful question is: what is the “but” actually telling you?

Because if you’ve spent years being the person who makes everything work for everyone else, simply being told to “prioritise yourself” isn’t particularly helpful.

That’s the conversation I’m exploring this week.

What does your “but” say?
