Reiki gets talked about a lot, but rarely explained. If you saw my last post, you know what it gave me. This one is what it actually *is* 🤍

Rei means universal. Ki means life force energy. A session is gentle, clothed, and asks nothing of you except to receive.

Whoever you are, wherever you’re starting from, there’s space for you here.

And something I’ve been holding for a while: in Spring 2027 I’ll be opening Reiki Practitioner Training. It will be a small, intimate cohort for those who feel called to this work.

DM me TRAINING and I’ll add you to the waitlist.

On 11 November at 11:11 AM (local time), communities around the world will come together for World Frequency Day, a global movement created by The Frequency School
🌍 🌎 🌏

I’ll be at the London gathering at KOKO, Camden, adding UMMII’s frequency to the collective field. 🤍

Sound has always been at the heart of our work: bowls, gong, breath and Reiki creating space for people to soften, release and remember who they are. To stand among thousands, all tuning into the same intention in the same moment, feels like the purest expression of why we do this.

Wherever you are at 11:11, pause. Hand on heart. Breathe deeply. Let your frequency join ours 📡

In Full Bloom is tomorrow 🌸 and this is what the quiet before it looks like for me — no polish, no performance. Just the bowls, the trees, and the practice that holds everything else up.

Once a month I take myself into the woods, alone, just to play. No agenda. If you ever want to join — sit, read, meditate, or just be near the sound — you’re welcome. Donation-based, no pressure.

This is where I fill back up before I pour out for anyone else. 🌿

✨ Winter isn’t a slowdown.
It’s your divine recalibration season.

This is when:
🤍 Your nervous system softens and resets
🤍 Your spirit gets quiet enough to hear your higher self
🤍 Your next level begins to take shape

Take a moment. Breathe.
Then comment what your soul most needs right now 👇🏽
Let’s witness each other, honor each other, and rise together.

Under the waterfall, clarity returned.

In the heart of , the land of my ancestors, where holds its own , I felt my ancestors cleansing the heaviness I once carried.

A private for the soul — guided by those who came before me. 🌿💧✨
