Kate and I are delighted to announce that we are now tutors at the College of Craniosacral therapy (CCST) where we both graduated. We really enjoyed sharing our success stories with the 2026 graduates and talked about our upcoming postgraduate courses on Working with Neurodiversity and Running a successful practice.

Our Neurodiversity course will take place at the British College of Osteopathic medicine (BCOM) on the 13th Feb 2027 and we are taking bookings now. Please DM us for more details or speak to the College of Craniosacral therapy (CCST) to book a place.

If you Google or ask chat GPT about all the therapies I am passionate about and practice in such as Craniosacral therapy. Reiki and homeopathy, you will be met with negative Pharma biased rhetoric designed to put you off trying them „it’s quackery”. „woo woo”, „No scientific evidence to support it” and even „it’s harmful”

If you ask some Christians they will tell you they are demonic and against God 🙄🤣

If like me you ignore all the above fear based Rockefeller mind control bu****it and go with your intuition and try them out you will be a much happier, healthier, balanced and grounded person.

Yesterday I was feeling pi**ed off, drained and out of sorts but after a much needed and long overdue CST session, I am floating around London singing away to myself to the point of looking like a weirdo 😂😜

How are you going to manifest abundance if your nervous system is stressed?

It is important for you to know how to quiet your mind and relax your nervous system. If you can get that right, instantly more will flow, because abundance is not going to flow to you when your nervous system is in survival mode.

All of your manifestations reflect your nervous system. Whether it is money, love, health, family, it does not matter. Everything is reflecting your nervous system.

Change your nervous system with regular sessions of Craniosacral therapy and you will become better at abundance manifestation of any kind. 🙏❤️

In my 10 year experience as a Craniosacral therapist, I believe two main factors which may cause colic in newborn babies include: 1) A difficult delivery - particularly in cases of forceps or ventouse delivery. 2)Residual shock due to the umbilical cord being cut before the baby is ready to breathe on its own.
Both can be addressed with CST to ensure your baby is happier and sleeps through the night ❤️
