When did you last feel seen, rather than just needed?

So many of us become the dependable one. Somewhere along the way, being useful started to feel like being valued. It isn’t.

This is a pause to put down the roles you carry and come back to yourself, lighter and quieter.

✨ Reflective journaling
🌬️ Guided breathwork
🕯️ Meditation & guided journey

No experience needed, just a willingness to be open.

📅 2/11 & 25/11 @ 7:30-9pm
📅 8/11 @ 10:30am-12
📍 The Nest, Gordon Hill, Enfield.
🎟️ £22 dm to book

Small group, limited spaces.

Ever wish you had a little more time just for you? 🌿

I've launched three new packages at The Nest in Gordon Hill, for anyone who wants to slow down, indulge, or try something new. Massage, facials, breathwork, Reiki and plenty of quiet in between.

✨ The Pause, 90 mins, £120
✨ Return to Self, 2.5 hours, £180
✨ The Nest Immersion, 3.5 hours, £220

They also make a really lovely gift. With Christmas creeping up, it might be just the thing for the person who never stops (or for you, if that's you!). Gift vouchers available.

Message me to book or find out more.
