Dedicated to a beautiful Mother - Please see the addtional information section for further details You may also feel unwell and uninterested in carrying out normal day to day tasks. You might have a desire to do fun things and want to feel more energetic but for some reason something stops you. But why do you feel this way? It is very likely that you are carrying around a lot of emotional baggage with you which weighs you down preventing you to enjoy your life in the way you want to. The powerful energy of Reiki allows for these blockages to be released and healed, leaving you feeling relaxed and energetic. Dedicated to a beautiful Mother - The grief of losing a loved one never leaves you but the choice on how you deal with grief is up to you. For me, it has been a rollercoaster of emotions but with a strong belief that this beautiful bond of love which is created on earth between people continues beyond life. With faith and hope, I continue to give and offer healing to those in need and believe that the loving energy of my mum and the energy of other people's loved ones touches those I heal by offering them peace, love, healing and happiness.

A beautiful practice this morning on letting go.

We often hold on to so much; A recent frustration, a lingering sadness or a fear about the future. These emotions can weight you down and be detrimental to your health, so understanding that you are the only ones that can offer release to them can be very empowering. In doing so, you create more space, with grace, renewal and something else.

Take a moment today to think about anything you are holding on to. Are you ready to let it go?

Thank you to all those who attended today ♥️🙏

As the mornings start getting chillier and the evenings getting shorter, it's a perfect reminder that the seasons are changing.

With my blanket and mug of tea, I look forward to slow down, just a little, and reflect on the year so far.
It is only in times like this that you can really refelct on how much you have grown, what's gone well and what lessons you have learnt.
And in doing so, release all that no longer serves and bathe in gratitude, love and compassion.

Join me this week and next as we do exactly this. There is something quite special in joining forces with eachother as we take part in these beautiful practices.

It so wonderful to still reap the joy of these wonderful crops in Autumn - which were sewed in the Spring!
Thank you ♥️

A beautiful guided meditation this morning about moving forward and letting go and honouring the a start of Autumn.

As the seeds sewn in the spring have been nourished and come to it's full bloom, so do we. How wonderful it is to experience the joys of life and appreciate it's beauty. But it is good to recognise that same seed that reached it's peak has also had to withstand many burdens. So allowing a gentle release can allow room for even further growth.

I dedicate this meditation to my daughter as she prepares to start university. It was deeply moving for me and all those who attended today and I am truly grateful 🙏

The full recording of this meditation will be available on insight timer soon. If you wish to experience this, please let me know.

Thank you ♥️

Today marks the Autumn Equinox - A day which marks the official start of Autumn. It signifies a transition from the longer days of the summer to shorter Autumn days.

It is also a great time for reflection and going within, to embrace any changes coming up and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Take a moment this week to walk in nature and notice how the once green leaves have started to change colour to orange or red. What does this mean for you?

If you would like to attend my meditation class on Friday, please DM me and book a space, where together we reflect, let go and embrace.

Thank you ♥️

How often do you take time in your busy lives to connect with parts of your body. Connecting just means placing your awareness on different parts of your body and experiencing any sensations that may arise. And in doing so, we acknowledge and offer gratitude to our body.

It was wonderful to share this meditation with the group today.
Lots of great feedback from the group, including, deeper state of calmness, tingling sensations, heightened awareness, feeling less pain than before, lighter body, and having profound experiences.

A perfect practice to bring a sense of grounding, gratitude and self-care.

Thank you ♥️

It was wonderful to be back Woodfield Pavilion this morning after the summer break.

We started the class by settling in and sharing something about the summer break before we started our practice for the day.

After the business that summer can bring, it was nice to give ourselves permission to take a moment and just breathe. By focusing on our breath, we allowed the thoughts to slow down, albeit for a moment, which allowed us to feel more calmness and clarity.

Thank you and well done to all those who joined today.

Join me next week where will be focusing on a body awareness meditation practice.

With ❤️
