Removal of patients by the NHS
The NHS are automatically removing patients from practices who have not responded to their letter confirming if a patient is still in the area. Patients have three months to respond.

If you receive a letter please respond or you will be removed from the practice. We do not have a choice in this.

If you have been removed and you are still in our area we can re-register you so you will still be our patient
