Last week, I attended a really great event for anyone struggling with fatigue.
For anyone that doesn't know me, I went through breast cancer treatment 6 years ago, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia beforehand, was placed into surgical menopause 3 years ago, and I also battle with chronic fatigue.
Some days, it's manageable, and there are other days/weeks where I'm floored and in so much pain, which can make daily living unpredictable.
I took a few weeks off in August, which became longer due to having intense flare-ups, lasting a lot longer than they usually do. So when I saw this event, I just had to go ☺️
I was fortunate to meet these lovely ladies a few years back when I was at a loss on what to do and how to cope with being in menopause.
Personally, I am very limited on what I can take, and HRT is not an option for me. Their gummies have been a God send because without them, I instantly notice the increase in menopause symptoms.
Everyone is different, and for anyone who has gone through cancer, I always recommend checking with your doctor, but honestly, I can't recommend them enough ✨️
Dr Corneila, a local GP, held an inspiring workshop that not only imparted further information around fatigue and the causes, but she also provided hope on how we can incorporate new routines and little steps to ease symptons and increase our evergy levels.
For anyone who would like more about what they do or who they are, I'll add their link in the comments.
Thank you so much, ladies, for this event and all the work you do to help other women ❤️ women supporting other women ❤️
I'm looking forward to attending more in the future ✨️
For anyone who battles with chronic illnesses, I see you, I hear you, you're not alone 🫂
