Over the past few weeks, I’ve had several last-minute cancellations and appointments where clients have unfortunately not attended.
Because every appointment is reserved especially for you, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave me with an appointment that I’m unable to offer to another client.
From now on, my booking and cancellation policy will be strictly enforced for ALL clients, without exceptions. 🤍
