Please note 📝 the Thursday evening online class won't go ahead for a couple of weeks but will return soon!
And remember that the Wednesday class is pre book only. The next Wednesday class is 16th September.
Time is flying by isn't it?!

🎉 NEW ACCESSIBLE YOGA CLASS AT PENNINGTON WHARF🎉

Chair Yoga – movement made accessible.
Perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone wanting a gentler pace.
Boost circulation, support joint health, improve posture and leave feeling relaxed and uplifted.

Each class also includes simple breathing practices to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep and improve lung health, and help you feel more centred and steady.

The room is ground level and lovely and warm.
