I'm not one for all these 'special' days they have in the year but I do want to recognise women who suffer on a daily basis (including the partner, children & friends) because of menopause. I went through menopause at an early age of 36 and I can honestly say it was one of the most toughest ongoing thing I've had to put up with! Dr's not believing me, trying to push antidepressants on me. None of my friends were experiencing anything like this.... it was a very isolating experience.
I was under an immense amout of stress/pressure at the time and this was the end result - menopause. So as well as going through some of the worst times, I now had menopause to deal with!
I could write a lot more about my experience and the menopause but it then could be classed as a book! 🤣

There is help if you're suffering and there are things that can massively help your symptoms.
Reducing stress will help symptoms 🙏🏻

Relaxing on a Friday night 😌

What a super relaxing evening we had.... I was actually grateful for this sound bath as my Friday was a challenging one. Was a great reminder that pausing is a great reset and slowing down helps you think clearer. Even though I was giving the sound bath, it was still great for me too 🙏🏻

Sometimes we just need to stop.
Sound baths help to calm the nervous system and gives you time to regulate 🙏🏻
