I had to stop for a mindful moment this morning after parking in the Lyndhurst Car Park. The Robins were singing and the Liquidambar trees are stunning colours 😍
Have you found any gorgeous autumn colours yet? Where would you recommend? Jan

Loving October Energy from Tiny Buddha...
I've just finished another monthly community Laughter Session at Hartwood House Care Home where all of these were very much in our minds. We created a mix of love, kindness, gratitude, peace, happiness, compassion, and laughed it out into the World 😀
Have a wonderful weekend lovely people. Jan xx

Nature is so important for our health, mental and physical. Have your say, and let the government know what it means to you by joining The Wildlife Trusts consultation 😊❤️
