🧊 Frozen Shoulder? Acupuncture Could Be Your New Best Friend!

Dealing with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is no fun at all — that stiffness, that ache… 😣 The good news? Acupuncture can be a brilliant ally alongside your physical rehab! Here’s how it works:

✨ Kills the pain naturally
It triggers your body’s own feel-good chemicals — hello, endorphins! — and helps calm those pain signals so you feel more comfortable.

✨ Boosts circulation & eases inflammation
Increased blood flow to the shoulder joint helps reduce swelling and supports healing from the inside out.

✨ Relaxes those tight, tense muscles
It eases the muscle tension gripping your shoulder, making those important physio exercises much easier to do.

💡 Think of it as a team effort — acupuncture works best when paired with physical rehabilitation, helping you move better and feel stronger over time.

Have you tried acupuncture for shoulder pain? Or are you just looking into your options right now? Drop a comment below — I’d love to hear from you! 👇

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Ben is absolutely brilliant – reliable, professional, a total perfectionist, and a true craftsman through and through! 🪵✨

We had him create a fantastic new entrance for our latest treatment room, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Every detail is finished to an incredibly high standard, the work was done perfectly, and he was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. You can really see how much care, skill and pride he puts into every single piece – he really knows his craft inside out.

If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality woodwork, bespoke designs or anything made with real expertise, I can’t recommend Ben enough!
