You can go to the best Piercer.
You can buy the best jewellery.
You can do all the research under the sun

But if you don't implement the correct aftercare none of it will matter

I will die on this hill! DON'T BUY STEEL, SURGICAL STEEL, HYPOALLERGENIC STEEL, PLATED WITH STEEL, COSTUME JEWELLERY. ANYTHING STEEL

It's cheap, poor quality and if you are going to react to jewellery, it's more than likely going to be some type of steel.

Let's talk weight loss. As you know over the past 4/5 years I have lost almost 10stone. Literally 50% of me! I had a gastric sleeve. Relearnt how to fuel my body, worked out. Had a tummy tuck. A few food allergies thrown into the mix, also helped me stay on track even if I didn't want to but the point of this post is the things that aren't obvious that I do to keep my skin healthy.

2 to 3 litres of water per day
SPF
Marine/Bovine/poultry Collagen
Protein
Biotin
Vitamin B12 injections
N**s injections
Skin Boosters
Polynucleotides
Microneedling
Anti Wrinkle
Just to name a few...

Why is this important you ask? Because with weight loss your skin changes, gets lax and dull, sometimes your hair falls out too. It's important to know how to combat that. Even better if you are going to someone who has experienced it and come out the other side of it...

So if you are on a weightloss journey, book a consultation to discuss what can help keep your skin in good condition during the journey

Piercings were always my go to, to feel good.
Bad day, get a piercing
Had a break up, get a piercing
Needed to let loose, get a piercing
Wanted to change my look, get a piercing

Piercings did so much for my confidence growing up. Yes I haven't kept them all but that's the fun of it
