What is Muscle Scraping? 🤔

Come with me and watch me do Dry Cupping to my quads!

Even I have to go through it sometimes! 🤣 Definitely worth it though!

Some clips from my Dry Cupping session booked for Rosh today!

Rosh came in wanting to relieve some upper back, trap and shoulder tightness that was causing her migraines.

So I went in and used the cups with some added sports massage to relax those tense areas in her upper body 🙌

Dry Cupping and Sport massage together is such a good combo to really target those stubborn areas!

Sound on for cupping asmr and session chats 🤣

Things in my massage room that just make sense! As an AUDHD Sports Massage Therapist!

From lights to tools to little bits and bobs to help you feel more relaxed in your treatment!

I really try to make my massage space a safe and accessible environment for everyone 🫶 As a neurodivergent person myself I understand that certain settings can be overstimulating. So my aim is to continue to make my space a chill and safe environment for everyone!

What are your favourite things in my massage room? 💀✨

Yes, I do accept tips...but I also accept support in many other ways! 🫶

I won't lie I love getting tips as much as the next person!

But I also completely understand that in this current climate, that this isn't always an option for everyone!

I always appreciate everyone's support in whatever way they can!

Whether that's:

🌿 Refering my services to a friend

🌿 Leaving a positive review

🌿 Liking and sharing my posts

🌿 Or simply continuing to choose me and trust my services

I'm forever grateful for all the support you show me and my lil sports therapy practice 🫶
