Most of us are finding that as adults we are actually in a process of unlearning and deconditioning.
We are realising that we have spent years being told what to do, when to do it, and how it should be done.
We have rarely, if ever, been invited into a curious exploration around the truth of who we are.
We find ourselves lost, wondering and wandering.
We find ourselves believing that we must be the problem.
Because it appears that everybody else has it figured out.

This is your invitation into a school like no other. The school where we will champion your authenticity, encourage you into your deepest truth and invite you to express yourself from there.

I can’t help but feel that the world would be a different place if our education system mirrored this model more, and yet it is truly never too late to begin. For yourself, for your children, for everyone you come into contact with. And absolutely definitely for everybody you end up working with as a space holder or coach.

Our foundation trainings lay the fundamentals for the deep dive into the themes of money food and relationships in our advanced training (2026 is now full) from both a body up somatic approach and a head down practical approach.

Any practice that is not rooted in the 3d experience of being human and allowing more aliveness there lacks sustainability.

We are now enrolling for 2027, come and join soma school 🌀

Or if it does it shows up as the fullness of life - I hope that’s never going away.
Healed means you have choice, and authenticity, and access to your no, and awareness of your boundaries, and desires in your body, and what yes feels like.
