A big thank you to all the beautiful women who joined us at our Yoga & Sound Healing Event at Annie Southcott | Sound, Pilates & Retreats

We shared a gorgeous morning with a wonderful group of women who came as strangers and left as sisters.

With every event, the R&R community grows and I’m so thankful for each and every one of you.
