📚 For the love of books, a little bit of escapism and some much-needed time for yourself.

How many times have you picked up a book, read a few pages and then had to put it down because there’s something else that needs doing?

We’re creating a whole weekend where you can do just that. Read, relax, enjoy good food, have a cuppa, chat with like-minded people or simply curl up somewhere cosy and enjoy a bit of peace.

Our Reading Retreat at Styal, Cheshire, combines two nights away with homemade food, cosy reading spaces, gentle wellbeing sessions and creative workshops. There’ll also be afternoon tea and a masquerade-style silent disco for a little extra fun!

It’s a chance to step away from the everyday, enjoy the simple things and finally make some space for those books waiting on your bedside table.

📅 23rd–25th April 2027
📍 Styal, Cheshire
💚 From £495 per person, with a single room supplement available.

If that sounds like your kind of weekend, get in touch to find out more or book your place.

Hosted by Rach’s Wellness Loft and Toni at Willow Holistic Therapies.

Well its the 1st of October.... so only feels right to have a post about the cosy autumnal months that are upon us, check out the blog post here...

There’s something about the arrival of the ‘ber’ months that makes me want to slow down. September, October, November and December seem to arrive with their own kind of energy. The evenings start drawing in, there’s a little more chill in the air and suddenly being wrapped up in a blanket wi...

✨USUI REIKI✨

On Tuesday 15th September I completed my Level One USUI Reiki with the very lovely and talented Rachs Wellness Loft. 🌟

Learning with rachel really was a fantastic experience. She made the whole experience feel so personal, comfortable and very relaxed ☺️
I am so pleased I get to share this journey with her as my guide. ✨

I will be practicing on friends & family for the moment as I connect with myself and my energy. I am already looking forward to my Level Two! ✨💜
