A new month and a new theme for October for our yoga practice

THE QUIET STRENGTH ♥️

This month we’ll be exploring four qualities that invite us to find strength in a quieter, more grounded way.

We begin with Śauca, creating space.

It’s easy to think of this simply as keeping things clean, but it can also be about clearing some space in our minds and our lives.

What are we carrying that we don’t really need anymore?

Sometimes letting go of a little clutter, a thought, an expectation or even something we’ve been holding onto can leave us feeling lighter.

So this week, perhaps notice where you could create a little more space.

This week’s classes at Red Sky Yoga in Sale Moor

• Monday 9.45am, Yoga Chill
• Wednesday 9.45am, Hatha Yoga

Both classes have studio or online options, so just choose what you need when booking.

Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a regular, returning to your practice or completely new.

Looking forward to seeing you this week ❤️
