For Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day, here’s a reminder to check your breasts.

Get to know what’s normal for you:

Look for changes in size, shape, skin or ni***es.

Feel the whole breast or chest area, up to your collarbone and into your armpits, for any new lumps or changes.

Check regularly so you’re more likely to notice when something is different.

If you spot a new or unusual change, contact your GP. Most changes aren’t cancer, but it’s important to get them checked.
