Surrender • Reset • Heal

From overthinking everything… to feeling nothing but peace. ✨

That’s Reiki.

22/09/2026

Sometimes being selfish isn’t about taking from others.
It’s about finally giving something back to yourself. 🤍

16/09/2026

Bringing inner peace to ourselves, so we can share that peace with others. 🤍✨

The Reiki principles are something I come back to again and again. They remind us that we don’t have to change everything all at once. Sometimes, it’s simply about coming back to ourselves and choosing how we want to show up — just for today.

🤍 I will not be angry
🤍 I will not worry
🤍 I will be grateful
🤍 I will do my work honestly
🤍 I will be kind to every living thing

For me, Reiki is not just about what happens during a treatment. It’s about bringing more awareness, peace and balance into everyday life, and allowing that to ripple into the way we connect with the people around us. ✨

Just for today.
One breath. One moment. One choice at a time. 🤍

🔥 My next Usui Holy Fire® Reiki training dates:
Level 1 — Tuesday 20th October
Level 2 — Tuesday 3rd November

I’m so excited to welcome a new student onto her Reiki journey, and there is space for anyone else who feels called to join us. 🥰

If you’ve been thinking about learning Reiki or you’re ready to take the next step in your practice, send me a message and I’ll be happy to chat. ✨

There’s something really special about watching someone completely let go during a Reiki session. 🤍

When the body softens, the mind becomes quieter and they feel safe enough to simply surrender into rest… those are the moments that remind me why I love what I do. ✨

I work intuitively, blending Usui Holy Fire® Reiki & Angelic Reiki to create a deeply calming and supportive experience, allowing each session to unfold in its own way.

Sometimes the most beautiful thing you can give someone is simply a space where they don’t have to do anything.

Just breathe.
Just be.
Just receive. 🤍✨

14/09/2026

I don’t just channel Reiki through my hands — I genuinely feel what’s happening within your energy during a treatment.

And I’m so excited to take this part of my practice a step further. 🤍

✨ Introducing Usui Holy fire & Angelic Reiki Integration Reports ✨

From today, after every treatment, you’ll receive your own private report straight to your email, sharing what I intuitively noticed during your session — including areas of your energy that felt blocked, heavy, depleted or shifted.

I’ll also include some simple guidance to help you continue supporting yourself after your treatment, whether that’s grounding, crystals, meditation, rest or little rituals. 🌿

It’s something personal you can keep and come back to and a beautiful way to reflect on your experience and your own journey. 🕊️

I’m honestly so excited to bring this into Touched by Divinity. 🤍✨

Your treatment doesn’t have to end when you leave the room.

✨ There’s something I want to share about Reiki at Touched by Divinity… ✨

As a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master and Angelic Reiki Practitioner, I’ve spoken a lot about Usui Holy Fire® Reiki, but there’s another beautiful modality that I feel has been sitting quietly in its shadow — Angelic Reiki. 🤍✨

And I think it’s time I gave it the space it deserves.

The truth is, when you come for a Reiki treatment with me, I already work with both.

Usui Holy Fire® Reiki and Angelic Reiki naturally complement one another, creating a beautiful, multidimensional healing experience 💫

So rather than offering these as completely separate experiences on my booking menu, I’m bringing them together as one combined Reiki treatment.

Going forward, you’ll be hearing me talk much more about the combination of Usui Holy Fire® Reiki + Angelic Reiki, rather than focusing solely on Holy Fire®.

Because for me, this isn’t about choosing one over the other.

It’s about allowing both modalities to work together and creating the experience that feels most aligned with how I naturally facilitate Reiki.

✨ Usui Holy Fire® Reiki + Angelic Reiki
Two beautiful modalities.
One deeply connected healing experience. 🤍

And I’m really excited to share more with you about what this combination can bring to your Reiki experience at Touched by Divinity. ✨
