π―οΈ This weekend the clocks go back an hourβ¦
And honestly? I think itβs one of the most underrated gifts of the year.
An extra hour.
Not to be productive. Not to catch up on the to-do list. Not to scroll or plan or reorganise.
An extra hour to simply be.
To stay a little longer under the warm covers on Sunday morning.
To sit with a cup of something hot and watch the light change.
To let your body rest in a way it rarely gets permission to.
We spend so much of the year rushing, chasing the light, filling every moment, running from one thing to the next.
And this weekend, nature and time itself conspire to give you sixty minutes back.
I want to encourage you to receive it.
Not spend it. Not fill it.
Receive it.
Because rest isnβt something you earn at the end of a productive day. Itβs something your body, mind and soul need simply because youβre human.
This is something I talk about a lot with my clients and something I believe with my whole heart.
The clocks going back is a reminder that the season is asking you to slow down. To go inward. To restore.
Are you listening? π
